Sumisho Global Logistics Europe GmbH (hereinafter SGL) company management declare this INTEGRATED SYSTEM of MANAGEMENT POLICY aproved by company management, which is commitment to achieve and sustain the ISM standards
when controling and improving all processes in SGL and organizing company activities.
SGL company commits itself to:

 

IN QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WE WANT TO:

 

  • provide activities regarding following: warehouse operations, manual sets and packing case completion, transportation and dispatch service
  • employees with special qualification, which we will sustain and improve
  • during warehouse operations, manual sets and packing case production, transportation and dispatch service we will, through the tools of quality management system, especially reviewing, monitoring, product quality, processes and procedures of quality management system auditing, continuously improve and set clear objectives regarding QM

 

REGARDING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WE WANT TO FOCUS ON:

  • provide continuous order fulfillment according to SLA
  • warehouse capacity expansion for new production material storage
  • lowering manipulation-caused material damage amount
  • in time finish of operational changes during new projects implementation
  • make internal operations more efficient considering transaction expenses

REGARDING COMPANY DEVELOPMENT WE WANT TO FOCUS ON:

  • warehouse capacity expansion through new rack system instalation
  • automatization during material manipulation, especially storage units dispatch
  • implementation completion of Warehouse Management Systém (SAP WMS)
  • periodic stock taking introduction with barcode scanners assistance
  • expanding the number of customers in Pilsen warehouse

 

REGARDING PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES IMPACT MITIGATION TO ENVIRONMENT:

 

  • we will regularly check and analyze our environmental profile and set measurable targets and target values and we will work on improving of the company environmental profile
  • we will constantly strive for lowering the negative impact of our past, present and future activities on environment
  • we will comply with legal regulations and standards fro environmental protection
  • we will educate and motivate our staff, material and services suppliers to accept the targets of this policy and contribute to SGL environmental policy fulfillment
  • we will publish records regarding activities focused on the environmental management application for SGL staff, public and state administration needs

 

REGARDING HEALTH PROTECTION AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT:

  • we will enhance the level of company health and safety management, keep legal requirements and european directive regarding health protection and safety
  • we will set targets (and where it will be effective) programs of health protection and safety for every staff position, workplace and department
  • we will set responsibilities of section/department leaders regarding health protection and safety
  • in educational program we will introduce training of the leading staff who will be authorized to train their subordinate regarding health protectiona and safety including periodical training
  • we will update procedures for activities in case of nonconformities and dangerous situations, illness and injury prevention, including procedures for regular check, evaluation and updating fro every position and workplace
  • we will analize the hazards of newly structured workplaces and process the outcome
  • we will regurarly review the healh protection and safety management system as well as constantly educate and infrom the staff about their duties regarding health protection and safety
